By accessing, browsing, or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, software, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to LNumeris Lottery Strategies. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

3a. Community Conduct

The community area of the Site is provided solely for on-platform discussion of LNumeris generators, questions, and user-shared results. By posting or replying you further agree to the following, in addition to Section 3:

  • No peer-to-peer transactions, sales, or solicitations. You may not offer to sell tips, strategies, predictions, systems, subscriptions, or any goods or services to other Users — on-platform, off-platform, or via any payment handle (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, etc.).
  • No off-platform contact requests. You may not direct other Users to DM, text, call, email, or message you outside the Site for any purpose related to the Site.
  • No guarantees or predictive claims. You may not claim that any generator, system, or strategy produces guaranteed, surefire, or 100% winning numbers. All community content is for entertainment and discussion only.
  • Entertainment only; not a lottery operator. LNumeris is not a lottery operator and does not sell lottery tickets. Nothing in the community area constitutes gambling, investment, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for complying with the lottery and gaming laws of your state or jurisdiction, including applicable age requirements (generally 18+ or 21+ depending on state).
  • Enforcement. Violations are removed by moderators at their discretion. Repeat or severe violations may result in a permanent ban from the community area and, where warranted, from the Site.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content.
